Welcome to Walk-in AI. By downloading, installing or using the Walk-in AI application (the « App »), you accept these terms of service (the « Terms »). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (and, in the European Economic Area, at least 16, or have the consent of the holder of parental responsibility). The App neither sells nor delivers any product; it is strictly informational and style-focused.

If you reside in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
As Walk-in AI subscriptions are purchased exclusively via Google Play (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS), this right is exercised directly with the distribution platform, whose refund policies incorporate and respect this right:
Pursuant to article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may end before the 14-day period expires once performance of the service (access to premium features) has begun with your express consent and you have expressly waived your right of withdrawal.

The App, its code, design and content belong to Humidor Etc. You may not copy, modify or redistribute the App without written authorization.
The content you create (photos, outfits, preferences) remains your property. By using it in the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process it in accordance with our privacy policy.
In accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content and services, consumers residing in the European Union benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If the App is non-conforming, you have remedies in accordance with national transposing laws.
The App is provided « as is » without warranty, subject to applicable legal guarantees. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your liability or our obligations where such limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
Walk-in AI is a fashion and style tool, not a medical, health or weight-management service. Our advice aims to celebrate what flatters you, with respect for the diversity of bodies, genders and ages, and never passes judgment on your appearance. Measurements, when you choose to provide them, are used solely to suggest flattering cuts and imply no health assessment.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the « Delete my account » option.
We may amend these Terms. The date at the top indicates the last update. Your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
For consumers residing in the European Union, this clause applies without prejudice to the mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of residence. You retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of your place of residence pursuant to Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
Consumers residing in France: in the event of a dispute relating to the performance of these Terms, you have the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge in accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. The competent mediator for Walk-in AI will be designated within 30 days of the service's effective opening to users residing in France. Their contact details will be published in this section upon designation.
